Creating a simple brunch
Th art in creating a simple but stylish brunch
Set up on a buffet, side board, kitchen island, or a dining table
Have your dishes and serving pieces already arranged on your buffet
My menu:
2 quiches( broccoli and cheddar and Swiss cheese and ham) PREheat your oven. Croissants , freshly prepared fruit from Publix, Prosciutto ham from the deli at Publix, a small cheese platter, Jimmy Dean’s already cooked sausage links. Cook the quiche and have the croissants wrapped in aluminum foil. Put both items in the oven. Also serve a prepared Danish all from Publix or Aldi. All very simple!
Have a pot of coffee ready and hot tea served in a lovely tea pot. Offer sugar, honey and cream to embellish your beverage. Also have e a variety of fruit juices and water on a side table.
The brunch is all self serve. A lovely and simple way to entertain all with Southern hospitality. Of course serve on your nice CHINA, real cloth napkins to make it elegant and very special for your friends or family.
Have your dining table all set . A little prep ahead of time makes this an enjoyable time to share. And the hostess can relax and have fun as well!!
